Annbeth Eschbach is founder of Exhale Enterprises. In 2003, Exhale’s founding team forever changed the spa and fitness industry by introducing a unique wellbeing brand and business model that addresses both mind and body. Widely recognized as a pioneer in the wellbeing space, Exhale operates 23 locations in the U.S. and the Caribbean, offering dozens of proprietary programs, and has a large and growing guest base with an emotional, social and energetic connection to the Exhale brand.
Just this year, Exhale launched Exhale on Demand, a streaming video platform that connects users with total wellbeing videos – at home, on the road or in a hotel. Grounded in the core elements of the brand promise, transformational yet mindful, Exhale On Demand gives subscribers access to barre, HIIT and yoga fitness classes, as well as mindfulness and meditation videos.
A graduate from Northwestern University, Eschbach holds a master’s degree in business administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business. She served as president of the International Health, Racquet and Sportsclub Association Board of Directors. She’s also the recipient of Club Industry’s 2016 Lifetime Achievement Award.
