The BFS Studio Management Group teaches the fundamentals of boutique fitness studio management, including proven sales and marketing tactics, customer service best practices, operations tools and leadership.
Trainings are followed by 40-minute group discussions where members can ask questions, talk through how to implement learnings and brainstorm with fellow members.
Members will be given a task or assignment at the conclusion of each meeting. This sets you up for translating your BFS Studio Management Group learnings into measurable growth and improvement for your business.

We understand that scheduling conflicts arise from time-to-time and, when that happens, we ask that you notify us as far in advance as possible. BFS will do our best to provide helpful materials to help you get caught up from missed meetings but we encourage you to also reach out to your fellow members to find out what you missed.

The BFS Mastermind Groups are for owners and founders that have already mastered the business fundamentals and are looking for peer support and connection. The Studio Management Group includes a combination of coaching, trainings, and peer support. This group is right for all managers and owners aspiring to be Masterminds that recognize the importance of a strong foundation.
This is an ongoing group and membership. Lecture/presentation topics will evolve to meet the needs of the group as your membership continues.
The follow up assignments from each meeting should not take more than two (2) hours to complete. These assignments will also directly correlate to needed tasks and work that would be done within the business. Therefore, they should not be seen as additional work for your business but rather guided, focused, and supported execution of tasks already on your plate.
